Any additional work not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges and will be confirmed in advance.

Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documentation.
Keep all records required under UK tax and accounting laws.
Review all prepared documents and notify us of any errors before submission.
Be responsible for all information provided to HMRC or Companies House.
We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or interest arising from late or inaccurate information submitted by you.
Our fees are based on the agreed service package and will be invoiced monthly, quarterly, or annually.
All invoices must be paid within 14 days, unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
Fees for statutory filings apply even if the business ceases trading or changes accountants during the accounting period.
We will make every effort to file your returns on time, provided that we receive the required information at least 14–30 days before the filing deadline.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to delays in receiving documents or information from you.
All information you provide will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party except:

When dealing with HMRC or Companies House on your behalf
We handle all data in accordance with GDPR and UK Data Protection laws.
You authorise us to act as your agent with HMRC when required.
We will communicate with HMRC on your behalf but are not responsible for their processing times, delays, or errors.
While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, we are not liable for:
Penalties or losses due to late or inaccurate information provided by you
HMRC decisions, delays, or audits
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Upon termination:
All outstanding fees must be paid
We will return your documents upon request
We may not complete any submissions close to deadlines unless agreed in writing
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
